I feel optimistic about my promotion possibilities and feel that I will stay at the company for a number of years into the future, due to high job security.
Intermediate roles in People & Culture can be limited; timing is key, and due to financial climate role creation can be restricted. However, I don't see this as a barrier to my career progression if I decide to look for roles externally, my experience with Post puts me in a good position.
I think there is a lot of opportunity for it but it also is hard to come across information about it. But you hear about it happening which is promising.
