8.3
8.3 rating for Management, based on 12 reviews
How accessible are managers and do they make good mentors? You may want to address internal communication, performance feedback or praise and recognition.
I have a weekly catch up with my manager as well as having bi-monthly catch ups with the grad team. It's very easy to bring up things that are going well or things I am unhappy with in my role, and they are always listening to help guide me to where I want to be in my career.

My direct manager is great, if a bit busy a lot of the time. Seems to spend a lot of time in training courses. Management in general are really approachable and cooperative.

Yes I am extremely satisfied with management. I consistently interact with the Executive General Manager of my stream & my more direct managers are always honest and make an effort to highlight success within the team

I'm ok with the managers they're always more busier then me so I understand not all times they will be available but it would be nice to hear from them a few times to check in and see how I'm progressing or even just to see how I am they are good when they have time to chat and provide very useful and helpful information but most times it can be hard to communicate as there really busy.

A lot of managers have a high EQ and are very supportive. Feedback is given upon request and most are willing to make time to have a chat if you need. Mentorship varies, though is generally good.
