I very much normally work the standard 8 hours on average. APRA is very flexible when it comes to hours (i.e. when people start/finish, and even how many days people work). There will be times when longer hours are required (and extremely rare where it's hitting the 12 hour mark), but APRA recognises this and will give time-in-lieu and recognition for the hard work put in.
Midlevel, Sydney
Flexible based on our needs and well-being. Open communication is key when discussing work hours and work load.

There is no expected hours worked - you get the job done and that's that. Having said that though, again, management tends to avoid excessive hours where possible.
