Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
Relatively flat structure within team, means we work directly with partners. Social team often get lunch and after work drinks together.

Great socialisation amongst team members even outside of work

- So welcoming ! - Lots of social events, meaning colleagues become good friends.

Everyone is very nice! However everyone is also very busy so it can be hard to sometimes get the help you need. In my cluster, there is a work-life balance which is good but in clusters within my service line it is not as much. People like to go for drinks after work on a Friday and hangout. There is definitely a hierarchy- interns/grads at the bottom, Partners at the top. Grads typically do more of the admin type work .

There are social events every two weeks, a large awards night yearly, the ball, Christmas party, and other events, which everyone looks forward to. Culture during work is entirely results-driven. People work together well, and teams communicate frequently, however there is a results - over - people focus. Strong hierarchy, therefore people socialise within their year groups, and not as much mixing in between year groups.

Everyone is friendly and sociable, going out for dinners, social sport teams

The culture here is great - no matter the level of 'seniority', I always find that my senior colleagues are always happy to help me. They really go out of their way to make me feel welcomed and supported. There is also a great level of socialising between project team members and overall staff back at the office. Everyone is very kind and generous with their time, but they never expect you to work longer than your agreed hours unless a deadline is fast approaching and you need to work a few more hours to meet it.

Young, motivated and supportive people. We hang out outside the office regularly and party together. Hierarchy doesn't really exist except when reviewing work.

There is no hierarchy, everyone is approachable and welcoming. The culture is fun, there is no pressure. It is fun after hours as well as everyone loves to party and have a good time

In my team we work very long hours and there is definitely a 'high pressure' environment. The team is quite hierarchical, however the socialising is awesome.

Feels outdated. socialising still revolves around drinking and some people are often left out. Gossip is the norm and jokes often push the border on what should be acceptable in a modern workplace.

In office there is no direct implications of hierarchy throughout the office, at just about any time of the day everyone and anyone is just about always open for a conversation. With such a large firm, there is an abundant of life experiences and skills that everyone is happy to talk to you about and help build your skill pool too.

Very team specific, some teams are fantastic while others need some attention and work. Good teamwork across the hierarchy and support for graduates.
