Infosys’ diversity approach is based on local legislative compliance, fairness and respect.  That’s a strong foundation to build on, and one of our most important building blocks is the Cultural Agility training they offer to every new employee who starts working with Infosys in Australia, whether they are new to Infosys or an existing Infosys employee from another country.

Supporting our employees

Infosys believes in supporting the ‘whole’ employee, recognising each person has family responsibilities, social causes they care about and a community they interact within.

Infosys offers a range of programs to promote work/life balance including flexible work options and paid parental, family and carer’s leave.

They believe in giving each employee as much freedom as possible to manage their own schedule and their own workload.  That flexibility crosses into the physical work environment as well, and there’s no formal dress code – each employee is simply asked to dress appropriately for the work you’ll be doing, whether you’re meeting with a client or spending the day out of the office at a team-building event.

Social contribution

Infosys Foundation globally invests 2% of profits in underprivileged programs in the areas of education, rural development, healthcare, arts and culture, and destitute care.

In Australia and New Zealand, their social responsibility vision is to be actively engaged in, and contributing to, the health and future of the communities they are operating within.  Employee volunteering is the cornerstone of our community program, and Infosys provides employees with paid Volunteer Leave for this purpose.

Community partners include Ozanam House (Vincent care), Foodbank, Create Children's Foundation, the Aboriginal Literacy Foundation, Random Hacks of Kindness and Young ICT Explorers.

Infosys also sponsor and partner with clients on volunteering initiatives and support employee-led initiatives such as Movember, SES Volunteering, Red Cross blood donation and more.
