Cameron Low

The morning is usually when our internal meeting will take place, particularly discussing packs and pieces of analysis that have been completed the day before.

8.15 AM

I aim to be in the office between 8.00 am – 8.30 am to give me time to prepare for the day. This allows me to complete any tasks that I was working on the night before, as well as get communications to clients before 9.00 am.

9.00 AM

Depending on the day, the team will do a coffee run in the morning to catch up on recent events and debrief. We also take the time to see how everyone’s day is shaping up to see if anyone might need another set of hands.

9.30 AM

The morning is usually when our internal meeting will take place, particularly discussing packs and pieces of analysis that have been completed the day before. It is in these meetings that often the seniors will give their mark-ups or further work to be done.

12.00 PM

The team will have lunch together in the kitchen, which is also an opportunity to catch up with Jarden employees outside of the banking team.

2.00 PM

Go for a quick afternoon coffee run with the team.

2.30 PM

Continue to work on assigned projects, updating, or building slides based on feedback received that day. I will check in with the team about the progress of the pack and see if there is anything to be added to improve the messaging.

6.00 PM

Go to the gym or for a run with a few members of the team depending on schedules, and grab dinner on the way back to the desk.

7.30 PM

Finish the work assigned to me, and make sure that all materials that I need for the next day are in good shape.
