What does ‘working for the future mean to you?
Working for the future means working towards change. Understanding that being part of an environmentally involved company means you will see all the exciting changes and improvements being put into place.
What has been your best experience of the Graduate Program so far?
Every rotation came with a sense of surprise and anticipation. I could have a good guess at what was in store for me, but with a new team and sometimes even a new location, I was faced with new experiences and more opportunities to learn. I spent a rotation venturing to different REMONDIS locations, working closely with experienced sales professionals. I was given the opportunity to be face-to-face with existing and potential new customers. It was refreshing to know even when I was nervous, every leap I took was working towards improving myself.
What motivates you?
Whether it is a customer, a colleague, or a training session, working with people is what gets me up every day and drives me to succeed. Building relationships and being welcomed into the company is a key strength of REMONDIS, and it encourages every employee to enjoy their time at work.
