I enjoy the flexibility to be able to work from home, it’s nice to have your own space and be able to work in your own environment a couple days a week.

The tasks that I undertake and the projects I have been given, have given me a real chance to challenge myself and prove my abilities.

By completing my internship at Honeywell, this fast-tracked the pathway for me to apply for the Graduate Program as I already had experience with the company.

Diversify yourself and allow personal experimentation and flexibility. Refuse to conform to stereotypes or expectations: go against the grain and be unique.

Don’t focus too much on grades – as much as you need decent grades, take time to learn and practice people skills because, in the end, those will take you a lot further in your career.

Personally, I love the working arrangements that I have created within my team. Being able to work from home is great as I live a fair way from the office.

My daily goal is to maintain safety, high-quality products to ensure customers receive premium Colorsteel
