I love seeing people develop and grow further in their roles. There is nothing more exciting than seeing someone you work with understand and improve, leading them into promotions or working in other areas of the business that they are interested in.

My daily works are building business opportunities, selling raw materials, contacting customers, building rapport, replying to customers’ requests promptly, trying to help in every way possible.

I am working with Inland Revenue (Te Tari Taake), the public service department of New Zealand to advise the government on tax policy, collect and disburse payments for social support programmes, and collect taxes.

We don’t live in a perfect world, - things go wrong, and satisfying customers isn’t always easy, or possible, but it is great to have opportunities like this to understand the complications of doing business.
