I would suggest the young pass outs to research and understand what the market demands. Figure out what interests you the most by exploring various fields. I would like to conclude by saying “ Don’t stop when you are tired, stop when you are done.”

Don’t get disheartened if you don’t get a job immediately after graduation. Do not have very high expectations from your first job, as it is more about the learning curve at that point in time.

My advice would be to explore various fields, figure out your interests and not have a rigid mindset, basically keep your options open.

The people are incredible. From day one, I have felt like people here have my best interests at heart and want to see me excel in my career.

Analyzing and interpreting financial statements is an essential skill needed along with the use of Microsoft Excel. Being able to write professional emails and getting your work done is also important.

Understanding the working culture, and completing projects give us an idea about how to implement things practically. Apart from this, internships also help in getting an edge over other applicants and help in identifying your likes and dislikes.

Honestly, it's so rewarding to see someone use what you've made in weird ways. It's more rewarding when they don't break it though, and you somehow manage to cater for every weird usecase. It's problem-solving at its core.

Work is such a huge part of our life (whether we like it or not) and I always think to myself - I might not be able to change the world, but maybe I can have a positive impact on one person's work life, which might help to change one person's whole life. That's what keeps me motivated.
