I would suggest the young pass outs to research and understand what the market demands. Figure out what interests you the most by exploring various fields. I would like to conclude by saying “ Don’t stop when you are tired, stop when you are done.”

Don’t get disheartened if you don’t get a job immediately after graduation. Do not have very high expectations from your first job, as it is more about the learning curve at that point in time.

I would recommend being proactive in seeking out opportunities to learn more about topics you are not familiar with. FTI Consulting has always been encouraging and accommodating in providing exposure to new areas.

Through my time at APRA, I had the opportunities to work in different industries and positions.

Whilst in Forensic Accounting most people have a commerce background to complete their CA (or equivalent qualification), not everyone starts from an accounting background. Join as you are with all your skills and interests in different areas such as painting, sports, languages, science, and tech.
