The coolest thing has probably been learning more about IT systems. Because this wasn’t my background, I’ve done a lot of listening to learn, and it’s been great to get more insight into the systems that drive business today.

Some of the most important skills are being able to get on with people, a hunger to learn and being open to new experiences.

Some solutions I have heard have been quite innovative which firstly helps the project and secondly helps me to grow my knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Just remember, there are always people around us who we can speak to and ask for help.

My favourite thing about my job is knowing I’m having a direct impact on the world around me.
