Starting out in the estimating department has provided me with a greater understanding of Kane’s organisational structure and culture.

If I can find a solution that saves people time or makes their life easier then I’ll always enjoy that task – whether through discussions, data analysis or a process change.

To be successful in technology, one must have the right balance of technical and soft skills.

What I like the most is to be involved in the development of cities, by taking part in projects that have an impact on people’s daily life and travels.

As a site engineer, I’m responsible for supervising, checking progress, and engineering aspects, such as ensuring the works completed are faithful to drawings.

I also like to dedicate a few hours a week to my own development, ANZ has amazing learning resources that are great for upskilling
