What I love about my job is to be a bridge to communicate technical to non-technical. Translating and educating is the key and that is what I love to do.

I love the process of starting with lots of disparate, muddy information about a situation and synthesising until I have an insight that brings the situation into focus.

Make yourself visible by getting in touch with people to build your network within the company - book catch-ups with them and ask them about their experience at the company. If there’s something you don’t know or are unsure about, just ask; people will be always willing to help.

I learned that when you do focus on your career, you will able to get somewhere. If you lose confidence, we can’t do anything.

There is so much learning within the job, which makes it engaging but also requires patience and perseverance, which is why I think a growth mindset is key to succeeding within this role.
