In my role as an analyst, I spend most of my time doing the maths. This includes processing and manipulating data and updating and building models.

Emma Birch studied Bachelor of Civil Engineering and Bachelor of Science – Geology & Geophysics at the University of Sydney and is now the Head of Asset Management Program Management Office at Hydro Tasmania.

I love the process of starting with lots of disparate, muddy information about a situation and synthesising until I have an insight that brings the situation into focus.

The opportunities to learn and immerse myself in a company that is rapidly growing are endless. From its early days of just being a database to establishing itself as a data platform, there is so much to learn.

I work in our Organisational Performance practice group, working with clients on projects relating to culture, leadership, organisational development, and change management.
