I’m part of the Analytics team; I’ve been using data to try to understand the behaviour of people.

What I love most about my job is the exposure it gave me to corporate life and all the knowledge that came with it such as time management to keep up with deadlines

From day 1, we get to become a valued part of the team and are given real responsibilities and meaningful work, all the while being fully supported along the way by the rest of the team.

The graduate program has provided us with the opportunity to experience different areas within IAG, whilst also allowing us to develop professionally.

Everyone is new at some point, and you aren’t expected to always get things right the first time – however, try not to repeat the same mistakes – learn and adapt!
