If you are still deciding where to begin your career I would advise you to apply for any roles you think you may be interested in. I found that with each job application I completed I developed a clearer idea of what I wanted to do.

As a Graduate within Finance, I have had the chance to work in a number of teams on a range of exciting projects.

Building a perspective on a given sector or thematic, identifying the most effective way to gain exposure to that idea and being a part of successfully providing that strategy to clients is very rewarding and incredibly interesting.

My team conducts regular analysis on a specific programme, and I assist in applying statistical techniques to our analysis.

Through my time at APRA, I had the opportunities to work in different industries and positions.

It was throughout university that I developed a liking for asset management and corporate finance, and after experiencing data analytics at the ANAO, my desire to learn data analysis was born.

Daniel studied Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical and Electronic) and Bachelor of Mathematical and Computer Science (Computer Science) at the University of Adelaide and is now an Underwater Weapons Engineer at the Department of Defence.
