I think generally to be a successful lawyer in Legal Aid you need to be open, transparent and non-judgmental given the disadvantage of our clients.

I work at an actuarial and data analytics consulting firm. Our work is project-based and our clients consist of insurers, reinsurers, Government agencies and corporates.

Fleur Chang always thought her accounting degree would lead her to a career as an Accountant. Instead, she's  experiencing first-hand what it's like to apply her skills in a diverse financial services organisation.

The most rewarding aspect of my role is being able to assist people in securing employment in a field that they are passionate about, and growing in that role.
