The coolest thing has probably been learning more about IT systems. Because this wasn’t my background, I’ve done a lot of listening to learn, and it’s been great to get more insight into the systems that drive business today.

Some of the most important skills are being able to get on with people, a hunger to learn and being open to new experiences.

Be Curious: Embrace and love learning new things. Curiosity is key to personal growth and development. Never stop asking questions.
