I work in our Organisational Performance practice group, working with clients on projects relating to culture, leadership, organisational development, and change management.

Analyzing and interpreting financial statements is an essential skill needed along with the use of Microsoft Excel. Being able to write professional emails and getting your work done is also important.

Understanding the working culture, and completing projects give us an idea about how to implement things practically. Apart from this, internships also help in getting an edge over other applicants and help in identifying your likes and dislikes.

The clerkship exceeded my expectations on all levels. I appreciated KWM’s commitment to ensuring the clerks were well supported and integrated into the life of the firm.
