In my opinion, a role in auditing is best suited for someone with an accounting/finance background. It is important to have an understanding of audit standards and a basic knowledge of accounting.

The people and the culture at Nous is the highlight for me. It’s a place you can do great work with people who want to make a difference.

The graduate program has provided us with the opportunity to experience different areas within IAG, whilst also allowing us to develop professionally.

Over the last 3.5 years, I've come from being a university student and starting as a Business Development Representative, to managing a team of Account Executives and Business Development Reps across Australia, while still getting the chance to pitch ideas and solutions to opportunities of my own.

I am part of the XPLAN delivery team that develops and offers technical solutions to stockbrokers, financial institutions and research analysts.
