A high effort grade is more important than an A+.

The diversity of the cohort is what I’ve loved most. People come from a variety of backgrounds and having that exchange of ideas in class has been very beneficial.

What really entices me is knowing that the company cares about their associate's growth and development, and also that it has a strong drive to be the best in the industry. These are the reasons I chose Cognizant.

In my role as an analyst, I spend most of my time doing the maths. This includes processing and manipulating data and updating and building models.

I love the process of starting with lots of disparate, muddy information about a situation and synthesising until I have an insight that brings the situation into focus.

The characteristic that is sought out is less defined by your career but rather by you as a person - being curious, driven, and willing to learn and adapt are some of the qualities that facilitate you joining us in expanding our positive influence.

The locals I met during the village visits and about the town we lived in gave me such a different understanding of the world – it was a great contrast to my suburban life and really grounded me in reality.
