My advice would be to explore various fields, figure out your interests and not have a rigid mindset, basically keep your options open.

I work in our Organisational Performance practice group, working with clients on projects relating to culture, leadership, organisational development, and change management.

Analyzing and interpreting financial statements is an essential skill needed along with the use of Microsoft Excel. Being able to write professional emails and getting your work done is also important.

Argon & Co is an international company and as part of the graduate program, I will have the opportunity to spend 16 weeks at one of our global offices.
