I am involved in both internal & external projects; this has helped me learn more about IR. Last but not the least, we have a great team culture. We share our learnings, work collaboratively & support each other.

I feel that I am doing the right thing when our customers and accreditors are happy which is the ultimate output of Quality.

To do my job, you will need to have the confidence to make decisions on the go, challenge the status quo and always have an approachable friendly attitude.

What I love most about my job is how much I am learning. Every single day without exception I am gaining new knowledge and practicing my skills.
