Coming back to Shell two and a half years later as a graduate, I was happy to see that the project I developed during my internship has actually been useful for Shell.

I work in our Organisational Performance practice group, working with clients on projects relating to culture, leadership, organisational development, and change management.

Make connections in your professional and personal life. Build a good support network of people who can learn from and lift up one another.

As a graduate you need to be open to learning a lot of new things and trying things even if you don’t think you will enjoy them.
