Everyone I have worked with throughout my time has been so warm, welcoming and will always offer their help when you need it. I find that this has made my experience as a Graduate that much more enjoyable.

For me personally, coming out of University at the age of 20, I really wanted to be part of something that had some kind of relevance.

If we want to make a difference, we can do that through the innovation we see at work every day. It’s not just words or an empty promise.

With the groundwork laid through the awesome training program, I was successfully able to progress my career and am now a senior engineer.
