One of the best aspects, is that I feel I am actually achieving something in my role, delivering real work with tangible outcomes.

As a production leader, I am now responsible for a team of operators that I support to ensure we achieve production demands in a safe and efficient environment.

My role within APRA is with technical advice services, specifically within Superannuation. My job is to provide a response based on a knowledge of the industry and technical insight.

A large portion of my role consists of month-end reporting, budgeting & forecasting & involvement in the formation of business strategy.
