One of the best parts of the job is not always being stuck in the office every day and going out to visit clients on-farm. It’s a great way to see the country, especially in such a beautiful part of Australia like the Southern Grampians.

As a consultant, I am constantly exploring new ways to solve different puzzles, which means my work varies on a day-to-day basis.

What I do can have a massive difference on the profitability for Mars and our customer. In my role, successful selling leads to real time results.

The best part of my job is how much responsibility I’m given as a graduate. We’re seen as future leaders of the business and are given really interesting projects to work on.
