Don’t rush to your next role for the sake of progression – it isn’t important. Refining your skills, gaining breadth of experience and becoming an expert on your account/brand need to be your priority. If you do this, progression will naturally come (faster than you expect it)

It was really exciting to be involved in a project that was a pivotal moment for energy, and once operational, will result in an overall reduction of carbon dioxide emissions of more than 400,000 tonnes per year.

Be more involved and join more societies. As an introvert, I often shied away from joining societies which I wish I had the courage to do as it could lead to lifelong connections and experiences.

There is so much knowledge and experience within Ampol and I have met so many passionate people who are keen to share their experiences.
