My journey at CommBank has taken me all across the Business Bank, with some of my most memorable highlights being as an Intern.

I value CommBank’s approach to practical on-the-job learning. I’ve had the ability to apply the communications and creative problem-solving skills that I learnt at uni, to what I’m working on in the real world.

The best thing about my job is being able to help clients understand data and implement strategies to make their business better.

I was lucky enough to be involved projects and see some of the work that goes into moving the entire operation to a new area, including how we manage health and safety and all the other details involved in this.

It's incredible to see how amazing this project is for the business and managers, and the time and effort it would save them.

The inception of the Sydney office represented a massive disruption to the finance industry in Australia, where some of the most talented bankers from Australia formed a team with a united goal.

I am responsible for the safety of the men and women I work beside, as they are for me.

My passion lies with leadership and mentoring initiatives for young women and students from disadvantaged backgrounds; PwC has provided me with the opportunity to pursue this passion.
