Some of the most important skills are being able to get on with people, a hunger to learn and being open to new experiences.

The company is very supportive of internal movement and it has been great for my learning to have spent time in the eCommerce, Foodservice and Marketing teams.

I had the chance to travel internationally, talk with business leaders and learn a range of new skills including public speaking, excel and data analysis.
