Some of the most important skills are being able to get on with people, a hunger to learn and being open to new experiences.

The company is very supportive of internal movement and it has been great for my learning to have spent time in the eCommerce, Foodservice and Marketing teams.

I had the chance to travel internationally, talk with business leaders and learn a range of new skills including public speaking, excel and data analysis.

Right from day one, I felt listened to and valued within the company.

For me the coolest thing about my job is being able to bring my ideas to life. We are given so much ownership from day one and if you have a great idea the business will support you 100% in making it happen.

It was very eye opening to see what goes on behind the scenes to get product to customers, especially on the scale that The Warehouse Group operates at!
