The best thing about my job is being able to turn insights into execution with real results.

Grades are important, but the main thing is driving opportunities for yourself - social, professional or otherwise.

I had the chance to travel internationally, talk with business leaders and learn a range of new skills including public speaking, excel and data analysis.

The diversity of work that is available to do is incredibly vast. No bug that needs fixing or new feature that needs adding will feel monotonous.

Throughout my time at Jarden, I have worked with CEOs and CFOs from leading companies in a range of industries needing different solutions to complex problems.

Always be curious. Asking questions and challenging existing ideas will make you more open-minded and lead you to opportunities you never knew you had.

Make time for yourself. Your own happiness and wellbeing should come first and foremost. Always make time to relax and do something you enjoy no matter how busy you are.

The rotations ensure that you finish the grad program with a vast general knowledge of multiple sides of the business.
