I really love the parts of my job where I can interact with customers through talking about their farms and businesses, as I love hearing other people’s ideas and getting to know what does and doesn’t work in the farming and business side of things.

The people you work with, but also feeling you are positively contributing to your clients, who in my case are predominately hard-working farmers

Don’t be afraid to put up your hand or get involved, life happens when you are getting things done and you will look back with fond memories of all the things you were able to accomplish.

My favourite part of the job if most definitely being about to connect with our clients on a daily basis, which are predominately farmers and being able to see how we are contributing to meet their business needs and helping them achieve their goals.
