As an Intern and Graduate, Patrick Cosgrave has worked in Macquarie’s Melbourne and Sydney offices in Banking and Financial Services. He says being open-minded to opportunities - especially the unplanned ones - is the key to making the most of working at Macquarie.

Pei Guo studied Mechanical Engineering but while completing an internship, he found a new passion in commodities trading. In just four years he’s gone from Intern to Manager in Macquarie’s Agricultural Commodities Trading team.

My favourite part of the job if most definitely being about to connect with our clients on a daily basis, which are predominately farmers and being able to see how we are contributing to meet their business needs and helping them achieve their goals.
