A really big part of my role as Head of OD is leadership – which means helping others to achieve their goals.

I love seeing how the work we do has a real and meaningful outcome by providing a better quality of life to people with disabilities.

It’s amazing how much there is to learn from people with different perspectives and approaches to work.
