I work in our Organisational Performance practice group, working with clients on projects relating to culture, leadership, organisational development, and change management.

One thing I find exciting about my job is being present through all phases of the operation; from design and construction to implementation.

As an analyst, I complete data analysis and valuation work to support the team. I also prepare documents and presentations that are presented to clients.
