I love seeing how the work we do has a real and meaningful outcome by providing a better quality of life to people with disabilities.

What I really like about management consulting is that no two days are the same and you get to work across a range of different clients and sectors.

I thoroughly enjoy my role. I work alongside a team of clever individuals and the varied nature of this job means there is always something interesting to do.

I've been part of a great cohort of people, made good friends and been given the opportunity for ongoing learning and professional growth both through the formal development program and on-the-job experience.

After completing two internships with Macquarie, Commerce and Law Graduate Tiffany Wu joined Macquarie Capital’s Equity Capital Markets team in 2019. Tiffany describes her time on Macquarie’s Graduate Program as a “phenomenal experience”, that saw her involved in raising billions in capital for Macquarie Capital’s clients during COVID-19.
