I work in our Organisational Performance practice group, working with clients on projects relating to culture, leadership, organisational development, and change management.

Being a student is about learning, and building soft skills that will be of great value when you eventually look for a job after graduating. Look for ways to challenge yourself and be open to new ideas.

I love seeing how the work we do has a real and meaningful outcome by providing a better quality of life to people with disabilities.

Being amongst a team of incredibly hardworking, motivated, and talented individuals who are also very personable is one of the favorite aspects of my job.
