Working in a risk function at Macquarie is more than just numbers. For Ed Hollingdale, it means he enjoys a different perspective on Macquarie's investments and has the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.

Almost every decision we make at IAG is influenced by our purpose. I feel like I have contributed to this in many ways through my role.

I work in our Organisational Performance practice group, working with clients on projects relating to culture, leadership, organisational development, and change management.

As an analyst, I complete data analysis and valuation work to support the team. I also prepare documents and presentations that are presented to clients.
