The DXC graduate program has allowed me to gain valuable experience in a supportive environment, where I’m never afraid to ask questions. Real responsibility from day one – the program provides a good mix of both on the job learning and formal training. No two days are ever the same!

The most rewarding aspect of my job is helping clients achieve optimal tax outcomes and supporting them in their business endeavours.

Don’t worry about planning your life too much, be guided by the opportunities that are out there and don’t be afraid to take a chance.

My favourite part of the job is working with different people and the client communication.

All graduates add value even if you feel you don’t know as much as everyone else. Don’t doubt yourself, we all start from different levels of experience.

What I love most about my job is the challenge it provides. Errors occur daily, or troubleshooting and debugging are required to find where things have gone wrong. This provides a challenge of determining how things are working within a code base - and finding which behaviours are expected!
