I work in our Organisational Performance practice group, working with clients on projects relating to culture, leadership, organisational development, and change management.

One thing I find exciting about my job is being present through all phases of the operation; from design and construction to implementation.

From a working perspective, I found that some of the projects I worked on as a part of the Customer and Marketing Analytics team were truly rewarding.

Being a student is about learning, and building soft skills that will be of great value when you eventually look for a job after graduating. Look for ways to challenge yourself and be open to new ideas.
