The construction industry was out of my comfort zone when I first started (and a little now, I’m still learning) so most of the experiences I have had here are a first for me!

The coolest thing about my job is working in an inclusive and collaborative environment. Everyone shares the same vision and there is always professional growth.

The types of tasks I enjoy the most are when I’m collaborating with clients to achieve great outcomes, the best feeling is getting a resource consent granted with minimal further requests of information from council.

The best part of being an employee at Stockland for me as a Graduate has been the flexibility that has been provided in all aspects of the program and my day to day roles.
