If I could offer some advice to grads, I’d suggest they try everything and say yes to every opportunity — you never know where you may end up!

..I enjoy working in an environment experiencing rapid growth. Having a boss that appreciates the work we do and always thanks us for the hard work.

Maintain a positive, can-do attitude and be confident in your abilities, if you have prepared well you have given yourself every chance to succeed!

Working is not all about money. If you love what you do that’s the most important thing, the money will come.

If I can find a solution that saves people time or makes their life easier then I’ll always enjoy that task – whether through discussions, data analysis or a process change.

From day one, my manager has also been incredibly supportive, expressing confidence in my abilities and decision-making, even as a graduate working in a corporate environment for the very first time

Say yes to as many opportunities as you can. It not only looks great on the resume, you will have unparalleled fun experiences and memories for life.

The graduate program is well-led, established and supported with opportunities to learn and grow in a safe environment.  It’s structured around the graduates and our needs with transitioning sessions, and one-on-one meetings with our line managers, HR, mentors and with each other.
