There is a huge focus on learning from completing real tasks that have an actual impact on the company making you feel like a real contributor rather than 'just a grad'.

Being an inexperienced miner, my mentors while underground always ensured I felt safe, explained the tasks they were completing, and answered any questions I had about the operational side of things.

I love that I am trying to address such an important issue in society today, working with a company that is committed to being part of the solution to climate change.

My daily work involves solving different problems with varying levels of difficulty, and in most cases, it involves engaging with various stakeholders.

My time at the mine was an eye-opening experience, as it allowed me to witness the practical application of the mining concepts I had learned in my coursework.

The coolest thing about my job is putting your theoretical skills into practice. Even as a graduate, I have the opportunity to work on significant projects which are in some way connected to different disciplines.
