The easiest path may not always be the most exciting. If you’re fortunate enough to have free electives, make them count!

Celebrate the small wins: staying positive and focussing on the little things improves your mood and keeps you motivated.

Diversify yourself and allow personal experimentation and flexibility. Refuse to conform to stereotypes or expectations: go against the grain and be unique.

We are given a lot of flexibility in our Graduate Program to shape our experience and take on rotations that are interesting to us.

Do more research into what roles or career paths you would be interested in, put out some time to do extra study on courses related to that specific role, there are lots on Udemy, and LinkedIn learning has learning paths which is pretty useful.
