The programme gives you the chance to try so many different roles that you wouldn’t get to normally do.

The company is very supportive of internal movement and it has been great for my learning to have spent time in the eCommerce, Foodservice and Marketing teams.

I had the chance to travel internationally, talk with business leaders and learn a range of new skills including public speaking, excel and data analysis.

Right from day one, I felt listened to and valued within the company.
