The trainers are always by your side, and they imbibe in you all of the things that you’d been sorely missing - the TW goodies - pair programming, test-driven development, feedback culture - the whole nine yards.

My particular role includes tracking large-scale renewable energy power stations and any relevant announcements.

I’m still a little bit in awe of all the science that happens at ANSTO. Seeing the work that goes into keeping the reactor running is motivation for me to keep learning and pushing myself.

The company strongly encourages us to constantly review our plans for the future and what roles we'd like to find ourselves in further down the track. No role is off-limits, so the possibilities are endless.
