The easiest path may not always be the most exciting. If you’re fortunate enough to have free electives, make them count!

Celebrate the small wins: staying positive and focussing on the little things improves your mood and keeps you motivated.

Diversify yourself and allow personal experimentation and flexibility. Refuse to conform to stereotypes or expectations: go against the grain and be unique.

We are given a lot of flexibility in our Graduate Program to shape our experience and take on rotations that are interesting to us.

I felt drawn towards a job where I could both make something physical, as well as use my skills to help people in a more direct way.

I enjoy working on tasks that aim to add value to our customer experience and in turn, seeing how certain initiatives have improved end-users’ satisfaction.

I would like to acknowledge how fortunate I am to still be working and in good health. I have certainly been very lucky, and my heart goes out to those who have been affected by COVID-19.
