The graduate program is well-led, established and supported with opportunities to learn and grow in a safe environment.  It’s structured around the graduates and our needs with transitioning sessions, and one-on-one meetings with our line managers, HR, mentors and with each other.

Being open-minded and adaptable are key skills to succeed in the construction industry.

Be proactive with your work and career, it’s something that will be vital in your future development.

I am looking forward to new, different, challenging projects this year that allow me to improve outcomes in public infrastructure and innovate in the way we approach investment in infrastructure.

I loved working on the Great Western Highway Tunnel because I didn’t expect that I would be able to work on such an important and critical project as an intern.
